Give your buyers a white-labeled client portal in Lead Distro AI. Custom domain, branded UI, self-service cap management, lead review, real-time reporting, and invoice access for every client.
Overview
The client portal is a separate, white-labeled interface for your buyers. They can view their leads, track delivery status, see performance metrics, and submit returns — all without seeing your costs or other buyers.
Enabling a Portal
- Go to the buyer's detail page and click Enable Portal.
- A separate Clerk organization is created for the buyer.
- Invite the buyer's team members to their portal org.
- They sign in at the same domain and are automatically routed to the portal view.
What Buyers See
- Their leads with contact details, status, and timestamps.
- Performance dashboard — lead count, acceptance rate, return rate.
- Return management — submit returns with reasons.
- Account settings and team management.
Portal users only see data scoped to their buyer account within your organization. They can never access your agency dashboard or see other buyers' data.
